The rest of the site has no particular copyright restrictions.
Privacy
The information provided to Tyler is held in a database and some of the information is made available to other Tyler members. In particular, the name and email address that you provide is available to other members. All of this information may be altered by you at any time.
You may view information regarding the deposits you make, but other members cannot. Although this information is not generally accessible, it may form the part of other aggregate data, and some information regarding it may therefore be derivable by other members. For example, the total Tyler account balance is comprised of the sum of all deposits minus payments, and all members have access to this.
No personal information is divulged outside of the password protected area of the site. In particular, your email address should only be available to other Tyler members (withstanding any unknown security failures of the site).
